For the patients on trial, I hope they don't progress with the disease.
Just reading some old stuff. On Feb 28, 2013, ACL announced that 71 patients are in a trial sub-study (pharmacokinetic and cardiotoxicity). The additional 25 patients recruited were also for this sub-study.
"The optional pharmacokinetic and cardiotoxicity sub-study conducted along with the pivotal trial is intended to provide further confirmation of HA-Irinotecan's safety profile"
Well, I can assume they have an idea on 96 patients taking HA-I. Am I correct guys?
