I understand BCS have been phoning unit holders today to chase up proxies for the EGM, and have apparently been repeating the threat that wind up would not remove the instalment obligations. In view of the reported Deutsche Bank contention that this may be misleading, I'd have though they would have waited a few days for a ruling! Presumably if Deutsche are correct, the proxies will be invalid & it's back to square one.
