    "According to an affidavit signed by company secretary Tamira Herbst, BrisConnections has already drawn down $231 million of the $322.8 million facility with its financiers."

    Am I correct in assuming BCS has spent all of its first $1.00 installment plus another $231m ?

    Can someone enlighten me as to how much of the project has been done.
