I don't buy it. Lambert admitted he got a permanent position with the PacRoad deal and the guy doesn't hold any shares in ABM - except for his free 6m options. I checked today. He's happy to collect his cheque and us shareholders take the pain.
I still don't understand why Pacific Road Capital and APAC can't come together. From the meeting, it seems everyone wants the same thing. I get that the original rights issue was a disaster and that was confirmed by the Takeovers Panel, but I want to see the big shareholders come together and figure it out.
Seems it's always the little guy that loses.
