attending agm this wed - any questions?

Will be attending the AGM on Wednesday does anyone have any questions that they'd like me to ask?

I have some - relating to the future of the company in particular to the Aluminium project and Silica - Wacker "rumours".

1. Concerned about potential dilution of shareholder value. What will be done to protect it?

2.Why a new SPP rather than a rights issue to existing shareholders, on that point would minority holders be included in SPP?

3. It was disclosed in the latest market announcement that the aluminium project will provide a net income of about $5m pa. Should we expect a major capital raising?

4. Would an offer be made to existing shareholders for new shares as part of the capital raising?
