Without reading the previous posts here about the chart, please forgive :) but i've just had a quick look at the charts of prr and i find 11c to be a very strong resistance. This i expect to be broken eventually short term then i find 13c to be somewhat of a resistance though not as strong as 11c, then i project a rise to past resistances somewhere from 19.5c-20.5c
BTW im working off tails and not open/closes.
It just may linger and consolidate around the 10c-13c area waiting for the macd to cross the 0 line.
And once it does it will goto those 19.5-20.5c levels, generally. News could change things.
