Technically...
The buy side has been building over the last few days...and for the first time in 12 months the buyers have outnumbered the sellers...at least on the onscreen ledger.
Usually this is a precursor to a rally...but then again Im stating the obvious.
Fundamentally...
ESI is at an advanced stage with their technology (coldry process) and is in the process of commercialising it. ESI has enough capital (circa $20M) to further develop and market the technology and has also formed with strategic partners to take the company to the next level. IMO ESI is well positioned to have a very successful 2009. With a MC of $10M the risk of falling lower is very unlikely.
Speculatively speaking, it is one of my favourites on the ASX, and potentially a multi bagger in the medium term.
I spend hundreds hours researching growth stocks...and ESI certainly fits the criteria.
