We have had a complaint about defamation on the GBG forum. As you know it is HC policy to have zero tolerance for defamation. I understand that there is some shareholder anger in regards to the disappointing share price and I have no doubt the management of the company share in your disappointment.

So just a reminder. It is ok that you are angry. It is ok to be critical but in doing so you should point to specific things you are critical of and say why.

Do NOT make accusations against company reps
Do NOT make insulting unqualified remarks. EG you can say "I do not see the wisdom in actions x,y and z taken by the company"(this is being critical) but you may not say "management are a pack of ...." (this is being defamatory)
Keep the emotion out of your posts and stick to facts.

Remember that HC is a public forum and what you post is being broadcast to the world IN WRITING. We do not wish to see anyone being sued and we do not want to see HC also getting sued as the publisher of these remarks.

I would ask posters to be vigilant and report remarks that you think are defamatory. With the SP the way it is it is understandable that patience is thin. You need to watch each others back lest emotions bubble over and regrettable comments are made. It would be best if you report them so they can be quickly removed for everyone's legal protection. And it would be better still if such remarks were not made in the first place.
