He shouldn't be sacked, he is the driving force. He does need a few better players around him hence the recruiting of the guy for the commercial divison in QLD.
He tries To do too much on his own and tries to please too many too quickly. Gives out regular announcements then cops it from some for giving too much too early or for not giving enough detail, can't win!
FRAUDS AND FALSE PRETENDERS do not contiually get Government and Defence Contracts. He just needs to employ a better PR person and delegate some further responsibilities. Instead of taking it all on. My opinion only not fact.
