He does not respond to emails from shareholders or alleged same. He is quite willing to talk to shareholders via phone about any issues providing it is not insider info.
I have discussed this with him and he has my views concerning the matter but I also understand his. If you have sold he will not talk to you, you have to be a shareholder.
