He is not required to give daily update/announcements in normal process of business. He has already made previous announcements re the June 9 deal, either it is still on or off. No announcement means it is still on.

With the Monoco deal factored in the SP hit 35 with it to go further on receipt of monies in my view. Now with some casting doubt the SP is back to 23c. I can not see the ticker crashing as you say, it has crashed.

On the other hand with more deals coming and or the Monoco deal settled and payment forthcoming. Plenty of upside. ...... In summary little downside to hold at these prices and plenty of upside if matters resolved! I THINK A LOT OF OFFSCREEN BUYERS KNOW THAT.
