Too cryptic for me YAK, if an authorty demands a course of action to be undertaken it must be done ASAP as per deadline.

If you believe it is Monoco playing a game, what is the "game", course of action, you seem to think should be undertaken or announced?

Not really wanting to play 20 questions today so would appreciate if you are genuine and have some knowledge to share with holders please let it all out at once. :)
