Here's what I understand the issue to be...

That the board of directors that BQT Solutions Ltd without obtaining the prior written consent of the proprietor went ahead and reproduced stuff from Monoco which was copyright material.

And that BQT issued a false statement that BQT is a Monoco client.

Monoco demanding the BQT announcement is removed not just from its website BUT from the ASX web-site

....and want it down within 14- days from the mid-September

They also want a copy of the BQT letter delivered to the Australian Stock Exchange as proof.

Monoco rekons BQT have violated their confidentiality undertaking, did so by using the info to their own advantage

Not happy chappies at all.
