Smugger is refering to the June 9th announcement which makes three comments:
The consensus is for $9.5 million on assigment of IP
and $23 million for supply of products on stage 1.

This = $32.5 million

If you read a few more paragraphs BQT make this statement:
""Further stages of this international rollout could see BQT sales reaching an additional A$50,000,000.""

Rightly or wrongly, smuggler has chosen to add the two figures together because $81 million sounds a hell of alot better than $32.5 million !

For the record, the deal (if it exists) is worth $32.5 million, the other figure is just a "carrot" dangling in front of the Mule.
My opinion is the stock has got the Monoco deal factored in, and if it is announced that the deal has fallen through the price will fall accordingly.

Yak makes a very good point "short term it will effect the price if the announcement is removed from the ASX".
The market will sell now and ask questions later, because IF IF IF it does happen it will seriously affect the credibility of BQT management IMHO.
