Sadly my experience with being moderated is that the process is arbitrary and unjust. Having been moderated for no apparent reason, I asked for an explanation and was ignored. I considered quitting Hot Copper altogether because I HATE injustice and corruption, but there is valuable information to be got from the threads, so I swallowed my outrage and carried on. Not at all a fan of the moderators myself.
Also, there are many complete fools on HC who seem to have no idea whatever how the share market works and whine every time their share takes a dip or does not go up, citing all the good fundamental reasons why it should never go down. Tedious.
Then there are the ridiculous and childish feuds that just go on forever, with no content and no value being added.
And lastly, the hilarious pack mentality when, god forbid, you may say something not entirely positive about their beloved share and they are on you like a pack of sharks in a feeding frenzy.
Never thought adults could be so pathetic.
