Forget it, this is just a dog fight with everyone looking after their own interests.

Havenfresh are just trying to stop MR and the administrators from breaking their property leases. They are fighting a lost cause.

Havenfresh should be using their leases as leverage to negotiate a better recap deal but instead they are making a desperate and hopeless attempt to secure their own interests, and in doing so bringing all the small shareholders down with them.

You guys don't stand a chance. Best to accept your losses and move on.
