MCS is in administration and the creditors will accept the best deal on the table. If that's from MR, they will take it.

Havenfresh took over the board of the holding company and have done nothing. No communication to shareholders. No progress on an alternative recap plan. They see more value in protecting their leases than their investment in MCS. They are screwing everyone to protect their own interests.
