From an earlier market announcement - "The Voluntary Administrators have written to Mr Harold Keith Price and Mr Maurice Gregory Smith (‘the Havenfresh Nominees”) requesting they re-confirm the consents to act as Directors of the Company that they provided in anticipation of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company which was adjourned on 29 August 2016."

As directors of the company, Havenfresh are in a position to work with other shareholders to come up with an alternative recap plan. Instead, they are still trying to get MR out of the operating companies so that they can have more direct influence over the administrators. The premise for the board spill was a lie - they just want to find a way to avoid have their leases terminated.
