Those Rocklea and Mackay depots are probably two of the leases Havenfresh are trying to defend. The sooner the administrators deal with those leases, the more opportunity their might be to come up with a restructuring deal.
Havenfresh are now the only party standing in the way of shareholders salvaging something from this mess.
