The administrators are in control of the company, not the board. The board still represents the shareholders but have no power while the company is in administration.
Havenfresh have the sole remaining director on the board and their nominees have been offered positions. In effect, all the resolutions from the postponed meeting have now been achieved. What are Havenfresh now doing to get the company out of administration?
