    Not for all shareholders. It was prejudiced against existing shareholders and all for the underwriter.

    The deal should be something like existing shareholder (50%) new shareholders/underwriter (15%) SC lowy 35%

    The deal would have been passed by all shareholders and you wouldnt have had all of this resentment
