Mark Rowsthorn decisions have a lot of responsibility to bare for the huge losses of the company, Now finally a deal that injects 80m of capital into the company and MR structures the deal so that existing shareholders do not get any of this if theu do not participate which then means MR gets it all.
The deal is not some of each its mutually exclusive. Now do you want to invest with someone who is supposed to be a director that is supposed to be looking fairly for all shareholders thos who participate and thos who cannot but is not doing so ?
No and alot of shareholders have stated so. The directors have all resigned as well., it is simply unfair
