These administrators are not short of a quid. I recall a colleague of mine who missed out on the construction of their new offices for the Melb office - he provided a great solution for a reasonable budget allocation. Then these AH's turned their noses up in the air and wanted the same level of fitout as BHP being in the same building and therefore spent more than double their initial budget $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and went to use the most expensive architects, designers and project managers in the country.

about time these guys get a wake up call and a reality check about running off with our shareholder worth !
