I agree with you Satori that Brett's remuneration needs to be tied to meeting some serious project milestones. He is new, holds no stock and as yet has not proved his worthiness to be at the helm of PLV. Where is his incentive to succeed? At least Tony held a big chunk of stock. I'd be happy to have some very juicy performance bonuses in place for Brett, because at this point in time, somebody needs to work some serious magic.
