Salty, excellent post, most of the detractors think that the conversion of the options will be a negative, as you say it will give them the cash they need to take this company to the next level.
I think if they get the share price to around 6 cents we might see someone underwrite the options which would be there priority at the moment, in the next month as gas comes on line we will see 6 or 7 cents so by christmas Neo will be primed ready to go with its expansion of the shallows and then the big stuff deeper.
