Deltafive URZ are in no position to TO any company let alone PEN, even at the current low mkt cap of PEN.
There are posibilities and always will be with any company, but not URZ. By the the time URZ could, PEN may even have a surprise for them.
TO risk is relevant to any company and not exclusive to PEN.
I know Gus reasonably well now and your last paragraph is applicable in tha t Gus intends to make a significant premium on his holdings by taking PEN all the way and beyond. At what stage he will capitalise I have no idea, but I am sure like me and others he will at some stage.
