Hi, I just read a post you made elswhere (pasted below) maybe I am misreading it, but it sounds like you are going to try and have the transfers of 28 mum and dad holders that transfered to Bolton reversed. Am I reading that correctly?? as that would be so devestating to have been through hell and back only to be thrown back to the wolves. These people have already had their transfers challenged in the Supreme Court and survived with the judge making it clear that the transfers were above board. There were multiple lawyers involved in making sure their transfers were done legally and legitimately.

My apologies if I have misread as it could be the 4.5 million transfered to Bolton that you are refering to :-)

9. there are three actions available to BTRL 1) against ASI and Bolton under 52 of the trade practices act and further based on breaches as a director of 180-184 of the Corporations law there are grounds to seek the appointment of a provisional liquidator to ASI and a preservation order on the funds paid out to a third party . Further as it is highly likely that Bolton has engineered a transfer for an improper purpose the transfer would be likely to be reversed.
