Ok, really would love to hear from a gas expert here, but not sure there is many around.
You keep talking about this flame and when you drove past there was none, were they not still draining the fluids out ? Also I hear they can be holding the gas pressure in ready for testing.
As you can understand I am no expert, but you saying there is no flame really doesnt mean there is no gas. Obviously there is gas there as from Warro 3. But the main thing was to test the flow rate and make sure there is no water in it.
Love to hear from an expert ??
