Short selling is not illegal.
Profiting from short selling is not illegal.
Watching short selling happen is not illegal.
Commenting on short selling is not illegal.
Doing absolutely nothing when you are on the BoDs of a company that is being heavily shorted over long periods of time is not illegal.
Short selling has almost become a measure of success on the asx. Short selling should be celebrated!
