Completely agree wth you, having worked in funds management and banking for many years you get to understand exactly what is going down......LIBOR, PPI, FX, charging dead people, fees for no service, vehicle emissions, Fuel Surcharge, pork barrelling, choose your scandal,the list goes on and on and on. wherever there is self regulation there are fingers in the till. This is just another to add to the list.
