I'd suggest a re-read of the announcement that went with the report today. They explicitly mention that the purchase price for many properties is overvalued at present and they won't be buying at the top of the market.
I think that is wise but I am looking for better than 3% growth... especially if I can take a 100% profit over three years thanks to SP appreciation.

I'm investing in IT at present. Probably not your kettle of fish but VPC and XPE are my two biggest value plays. Otherwise CKF and AHG for your dividends plus growth potential. DYOR of course.
