TBH never heard of either VPC or XPE, I am currently investing in DTL though, who are in the IT supply and services sector, they are much larger market cap wise though and more growth play... I have been looking at CKF for a while but just never pulled the pin on buying, probably been sitting in a watchlist now for 2 years... I am still of the opinion the cash converters is undervalued - but thats high risk.... Still cannot believe there have been more than 3 replies to a BWP forum - unheard of! Although we have digressed...

I like BWP, I like the way they operate, and yes debt to equity is lower - but that is dependant on property valuations... There is no question though that BWP can repay their debts. Just think they are a little overvalued at present.
