Hello Hilly always good to see comrades especially for BWP. I totally understand how boring this stock is. I agree with most of what said but i believe interest rate is predictable and sufficient liquidity of BWP gives us room for exit once turnaround. also, i believe any prices below $4 are good entry point based on my analysis: high gross margin, low debt level, high-quality assets, good rental return, low PE etc. Its lucky that you found it in 2012 but i think its not too late to buy in BWP. Such a good company among ASX!
