Your problem is that you have ZERO idea of the outlook for base metals. Perhaps you shouldnt have bought OXR in the first place if you didnt trust the judgment of the management.

Besides, if you really were a long term holder, how can you complain when OH brought OXR up from <50c to $2.50?

I am a long term value investor, and i have total faith in OH abilities. I agree with you on pay outs, i hate management pay outs, but to suggest that he doesnt know what he is doing (re the merger) is hypocritical.

Either he is a management genius, and thats why you bought into him, or he is an idiot, and you never owned OXR. you cant have it both ways!
