I agree with you bvbfan, and you have my support if you can organise some action. I also think that this merger was driven by the Chairman. Perhaps it is time to bring the Board to account. Why should we endorse a big increase in director's fees to enable the Board to double and the Chairman to extend his empire without there being some repercussions due to the sp decline?
