    Because you want to buy CXY you try to down ramp this stock.
    Three components play the role in SP:
    * Fundamentals of the company and its balance sheet
    * Market sentiment
    * Technical chart
    You can't predict where SP will go only on chart analysis. As far as I am concerned, @ .145 is a bottom
