Yeah this site annoys me too having to sift through the crap to find something informative lol. I missed all that drake stuff so didn't get to see that I'm guessing it was good because it's been taken off. Are u buying and selling avq all the time or have u bought just to hold like me. I wish I could predict the ups and downs like some of the others I don't even know where to start learning lol. Took me 10 years to be considered a profession in property investing and I'm still learning something new everyday from it.
