Attention Posters

Guys and Gals I get it that you are unhappy with what has happened with AGO and TO proceedings but things have gotten way out of hand in regards to comments about the BOD. The bottom line is, that no matter how badly you feel about this or how much it has hurt you financially this is a public forum and you can be held legally accountable for what you post. Posters on other stocks in other times have been successfully sued for tens of thousands of dollars because of words spoken in anger. You do not want to be adding any insult to injury and HC does not want the legal costs that come with dealing with threats that are a result of your posts.

So from this point on no comments about linking the BOD to corruption or incompetence. Don't even suggest the board is not acting in SH best interests. Don't make jokes about it and don't insinuate it and keep the emotion out of your posts,

This is not to say you can't be critical but you should choose your words very carefully. You can say you are unhappy and you can make comparisons to what is happening to what you believe could or should happen but leave it at that.

I'm very sorry but HC does not write the laws of the land. Our job is to make sure we all stay within them for the protection of both you and HC. I'm also sorry but as this line of posting has dragged on for so long I am left with no alternative other than to declare a mandatory 7 day suspension for anyone who does not abide by these rules from this point on. Hopefully, it won't come to that.
