It's the moderators (blue star) who moderate, and members need to click report on any post that they believe breaches the guidelines or terms of use to have the mods make a judgment call.

You're under the wrong impression, as there is no side taking at all.
However, we will protect the contrarian right to post, providing no guidelines are breached.
We will permit anyone to post as long as these guidelines are breached.
My observation was that the shareholders were posting in a way that most certainly breached guidelines and code of conduct very often, and if all the silly 'go away' type of posts stopped, the stock chat would be much more pleasant.

Potentially defamatory posts will always be removed if the mods or our lawyer agree that they are in fact potentially defamatory, but not unless we do agree. Discussion cannot be closed down on 'we don't like the sound of that so we will complain' which is what shareholders may be trying to do.
So no trivial reporting, no ill-mannered comments, and of course, no breaches of Terms Of Use or other guidelines, and you can discuss the stock happily until the cows come home!
It's really very simple.
