If you said something that is factually wrong and as a result of what you said, the person/organisation suffered financial loss or reputation is damaged, then you as a poster may found yourself defending a deformation case.
However, if the facts are right, even what you said may cause a person or organisation to suffer financially or their reputation is damaged, then it is perfectly legal for you to do so and you should say it LOUD & CLEAR
