Not yet Brent, not quite. Maybe if the CR is low enough and they get some cash in their coffers - might be good for a Short Term punt waiting for the next good news story but we shall see.
Haven't owned NOR since July 2015. Maybe after my 12 month break I will see things with a new perspective
