Last year I tried to get a licence for an air rifle for vermin that were destrying my fruit crop. I couldn't believe the rigamarole I had to go through. I gave up.
As a law abiding citizen I see myself as a soft target for the bureaucracy and law makers who seem hell bent on legislating us into oblivion while they are cheered on by the wowsers and vicious thugs whose numbers appear to be growing by the day.
