The only good thing I see in the chart above ( and I am no chartist believe me) is that it kind looks like a classical cup and handle in the making. The cup is complete, the handle is reaching its low point so in all likelihood we could rise significantly from here as the handle moves to completion. I guess its a case of how you look at it, the poster seems to be a half glass empty, I am in the camp of a glass half full. But we do need some uplifting news from management with regard to recruitment.
