I haven't no. From what I understand it's to amend and update its Mining Development Act to cover exploration and development in it's emerging oil and gas sector. Pretty straight forward, World Bank is offering technical assistance, I would expect the government to protect and maintain it's pro investment direction. Need to be patient, it's Africa, everything takes longer.
