That would have to be the biggest shock that we could imagine. For, we haven't been notifed of anything like the storage tanks, the EPT and how they are proposing to run it, the contract for the sale of oil, nor the freight company needed/contracted to freight the oil to where-ever it is going to be shipped to.

And if we are to believe what JH has stated in his release, (note that the Board has not refuted his comments as yet), the road is not even ready.
