    Do you know if the proposed directors have Australian citizenship, or residency? Bet you don't.

    Secondly, Don't you think there is merit in a person from Hong Kong, who has intimate knowledge of both Chinese and English culture, would have some advantage in negotiations between Chinese and Australian businesses?
