I understand that you are the one at Nido who is tasked with keeping up with the share "chat sites"...
I suggest that you and John Newman caution the "Lawyer President" on his duties and the legal implications of sitting on information. Is it material and is there any impediment to releasing it?
Further to that, if the ECP's have failed and there were any problems in the setting of these which were not released in the lead up to the close of the Bonus Issue you might want to consider if it was appropriate to continue with that issue and Nido and the board's legal position.
