During late 1930's, Shanghai(China) has accepted 20000+ jews when at the time no other countries want them.

Chinese restaurants are usually only offer low pay jobs, I do not think you will interest on them, on the other hand those jobs require you to speak several Chinese dialects.
Better example may be: Are there any big Chinese Companies only employ Chinese, or TOYATO only employ Japanese?
