Hi All fellow holders.
If we are confident in what we own the new issue should not be less then .40+. BPH is currently significantly undervalued relative to MMR's holding of advent. Therefor if we don't panic sell b/c of price worries of future issue price, the price will naturally climb to .20+ cents.
Then we are left with a 2-1 consolidation =.40+ cents per share. Then we issue 50 million shares instead of 100 million for the $20 million share issue.
Obviously things look like they are running on schedule. (Co. wouold have to have notified us if they were aware of any problems)Company only has a few days to announce all approvals we know the drill is looking good.
Why would you sell it only means issue of more shares to raise the same amount of money.
