I suppose it applies to all REIT that we don't know the asset devaluation level. However, as long as they are still a going concern, and occupancy rate remains good, cash earnings should not be too far off.
Will certainly look more into both CER and VPG. I am also mindful of portfolio concentration in one sector and will adjust in due course.
